Get to know the property. When you first move in, locate the breaker box.  Find where the stove, hot water heater, and air conditioner breakers are located. Locate the main water shut-off valve for the house, the gas shut-off, the water shut-off for the hot water heater.

Our goal is to provide prompt and courteous service to our residents.  Therefore, please read carefully the instructions when submitting your maintenance request.  For an emergency service such as fire  call  911.  Smell  of gas, please call the gas company first then call the Property Manager.

• District of Columbia Residents: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a late charge will be applied to your account.

• Virginia Residents: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a late charge will be applied to your account.

• Maryland Residents: All counties except Montgomery County.  Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a late charge will be applied to your account.  Montgomery County Residents: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent payment is not received by the 10th of each month, a late charge will be applied to your account.
